The Whitepaper
ISEP Consulting caught my attention. It gives me great pleasure to sometimes look at a business, know their ins and outs, find out what I can do to improve the company, if not myself. My hypothesis are then put to the test with experimentations (of course, I need answers based on web metrics). This is how it’s going to work:
This headhunter company is relatively new, I’d say, and has plans already to move on with other of their plans in this particular dimension all by itself. Of course, I’m not at liberty at the moment to say or announce what will happen in a few months time. If you keep track of them, you’ll learn a lot from what they’ve been doing online ever since.
I’ll be reviewing mostly the User Interfaces (UI) and User Experience (UE) of this company first, come up with a simple and short review of click-levels, design, integration, heatmap and other dimensions. Then I’ll move on to linkage, content analysis, site architecture and finally, reputation (voice and impact of the company in the Internet).
Why this company?
No reason why. I sometimes do reviews on companies (with some help with Ian and Balmer) to attain insights, ideas, concepts and wrongdoings on the marketing campaigns we’re doing for our clients. We’ve always emphasized a lot on data, and there are times where we’d just die telling people that their data is the measure of your success and per-dollar effectiveness you’ve put into your campaign.
ISEP Consulting offers various headhunting services for posts above executive levels – Mainly managerial levels and above. Their company has a huge potential growth, a lot of resources to leverage on and given time, it’ll bloom into a different level of headhunting. I’m just very curious about their web presence and effectiveness of their Internet ‘voice’ and ‘impact’.
Will you take my company for review?
Yes, I do. At this particular moment, I’m in the ‘learning through data’ phase. I constantly take in projects, and but I believe putting too much focus on one project can lead me to a disastrous end of ignorance.
Diagnosis is done for free – However, if you need medication, that’s a different story altogether. If you need me to help you do a diagnosis on your company, you can call me (number above) or contact me through email.
