Elioe.com is constantly looking for professionals to dive into our operations. Whether it’s going to be part time or full time, we’re very strict with our employment. Very, very strict. We hire only elites. And what we mean by elites are:

  1. People who are so well behaved and mannered (not politely but intelligently) that we’re blown away.
  2. People who know what they’re talking about and doing.
  3. People who have the dying passion and drive to take the company and themselves further.
  4. People who have excellent partying skills (occasional free beer treats).
  5. People who submit themselves to their job, life, family and the company well.

Naturally, our interviews will rate applicants on these basis. Note that a Masters degree or a standard degree or a Doctorate WILL NOT guarantee you the job. And we encourage those who do not have qualifications but know a little here and there to also apply.

Who do we need?

Three (3) writers, three (3) marketers and loads of associates.

What is the process?

It’s simple. We don’t ask you to fill up personality questions. We’ll know who you are when we know you. Since our staff here are behavioral analysis people, expect them to stun you with their knowledge.

  1. Step One - Resolving Skills
    You’ll be asked to solve a set of problems. This will determine how you handle problems and provide solutions.
  2. Step Two - Proposing Notions
    You’ll be asked to propose a notion based on a very simple question.
  3. Step Three - You interview us
    We will wait for you to talk. The big question: Why should Elioe.com hire you?
  4. Step Four - You be the boss
    It’s time for you to tell us how we can improve, and what we’re doing wrong.
  5. Step Five - We’ll be friends
    You get the idea. If you can’t get along with us well, then there’s no point to it.

Sample Exam Questions

These questions will be given to you based on what job you’re applying for. Here are some of the questions.

  1. Marketers - GAB (Guiness Anchor Berhad) is launching a brand new alcoholic drink. They provided you with RM30,000 to run their online marketing campaign for 2 weeks. List down in point forms what will you do and why.
  2. Marketers - One SME company approached you with RM10,000 to propose a solid idea on how to reinvent Facebook and provide another set of niche/differential service. List your ideas and explanations.
  3. Marketers - A Malaysian government body is looking to grow 10,000 entrepreneurs in a period of one (1) full year. Propose your most brilliant ideas out of the box. Budget is RM700,000.
  4. Marketers - Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd approached you with RM50,000 to market their brand new call plan on the Internet - SOCIAL SPACE only. List down the things you’d do and specify its effectiveness.
  5. Developers - An SME company looks for you to propose them a solid framework foundation to combine Adwords and Yahoo Search Marketing API into a single reporting platform. Specify what technology you’ll be using and its methodologies.
  6. Developers - Propose a framework of web application that combines personal financial calculations to be used in mobiles, handhelds and computers where an individual’s daily spending is concerned.
  7. Designers - Nikon Malaysia Sdn Bhd is looking to redesign its website. Propose your solution based on excellent UE.
  8. Designers - In a designer’s perspective, explain the pros and cons of SooiSeng.com.my’s website.
